I attended a Barbie Pool Party earlier this week and have to say how girlish I felt. Now look I know that I’m a girl, but at 67 years of age to feel girlish is something different for me.
But as I reveled in all the pink, took pictures with Barbie, played games and talked Barbie. It was fun to feel so lighthearted.
Even as a young girl I can’t say I felt girlish, but as I was sitting talking to Barbie it came to me. That maybe I was a Barbie girl. And unbeknownst to me there was something called Barbie energy. Who knew? Apparently, Barbie energy embraces all things pretty, pink and powerful.
